Athlete Requirements

  • A watch ( Required before first summer practice)

  • Access Training App

    • Email Coach Reed from an email other than fcpsschools.net for an invite to the Boys Cross Country Training Program or Girls Cross Country Training Program

    • Make sure to “accept Coach Reed as your coach” so your training can be reviewed

  • Daily Routine

    • Drills

    • Warmup/Cooldown

    • Core

    • Recovery/Nutrition

  • Commitment Officially Begins at the First Day of Tryouts.

  • Attend Practices and Meets

  • Communicate any schedule issues/conflicts with coaches AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
